Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact; please note that kits that have been partially or fully soldered are not eligible for return.

Request an RMA

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Package Securely

Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components during transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

Ship and Track

Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received and inspected by our technicians, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
