Matched Pair RK-12 Microphone Capsules
The RK-12 is a dual-backplate, edge-terminated capsule made to capture the sound of the CK-12. We match them to within 0.5dB in sensitivity, both front to back and capsule to capsule, and to within about 1.5dB in frequency response, 50–15,000Hz.
This is a 3-wire capsule, not suitable for microphones that require 4-wire capsules with insulated backplates.
Each pair includes:
- Two capsules
- Two "supersaddles"
- Two short mounting posts
- Mounting screws
